HALLE BERRY PREGNANT AGAIN

HALLE BERRY.JPG

The 43-year-old actress is said to be three months along with her second child with her model partner Gabriel Aubry - with who she already has a 17-month-old daughter, Nahla. A source said: "Halle is overjoyed. She's just ecstatic to be pregnant again. She wasn't sure if she'd have another baby, so she's very happy!" Halle struggled to conceive Nahla – she took over 30 pregnancy tests before one confirmed she was to become a mother - and it is believed she underwent artificial insemination to get pregnant this time. The source added to Life and Style Weekly magazine: "The first time, she eventually conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF). This time, the baby was conceived through artificial insemination." When pregnant with Nahla, Halle admitted she and Gabriel were keen to have at least two children. She said: "We always talked about having two. Whether or not we'll actually make that happen is left to be seen, but that would be our intent. That's for sure." Halle's representative is yet to comment on the reports. The actress is not the only celebrity who is expanding her brood. Mark Wahlberg is believed to be becoming a father again after his wife Rhea Durham – with who he already has three kids – was spotted with an apparent baby bump. Mark has previously admitted he would like a large family, saying: "When the kids are good, we want eight or nine!"

Chris Brown Sentenced to 5 Years Probation for Assault

Chris Brown was sentenced to 5 years probation and 180 days of community labor for beating Rihanna.

The judge also ordered Chris Brown to stay away from Rihanna for the next five years.

“I am not amused with the chatter that has been on the airwaves and any violation of your probation in this case comes with the potential for state prison,” the judge told Brown.

So let’s hope he actually learns his lesson and stays away from poor Rihanna.

Police in search of three Burglars who broke into Lindsay Lohan's house

Lindsay Lohan.jpgCops are searching for three slick hipsters who allegedly ransacked Lindsay Lohan's Hollywood Hills house early Sunday.

Surveillance video released Wednesday shows a scrawny guy wearing Converse sneakers, skinny jeans and a flowing neck scarf, accompanied by two women, knocking on the door of Lohan's Spanish-style bungalow around 1:30 a.m.

The two female suspects wore black pants and shielded their faces with clothing, but cops said one had shoulder-length blond hair and the other had her hair pulled back in a ponytail.

All three are thought to be between 18 and 25 years old, cops said.

"Detectives believe that the trio gained entry to the home through an unlocked door, then ransacked it and took the victim's property," said a statement from the Los Angeles Police Department.

"The safe was ripped out of the wall and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed," Lohan's mother, Dina, told

"Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken, too. Thank God she wasn't home."

The "Mean Girls" star sent a Twitter message Tuesday that hinted the break-in was an inside job.

"That's how I know it was not a ROBBERY. electronics weren't taken ... just things that a certain old friend knew meant a lot to me," she tweeted.

Cops reportedly are looking at the possibility that the male suspect also participated in a break-in at the home of "Hills" star Audrina Partridgelast February

Megan Fox's Images on Attack

megan fox.jpgA ridiculously hot photo of Fox in a cleavage-exposing, micro-skirt appeared on a flyer advertising a club in Milwaukee. Problem is, the pic came right off the cover of a July issue of Maxim -- and the club didn't ask for permission before they took the image.

Now, Maxim is launching a legal attack on the club, saying they're "infringing on Maxim trademarks and copyrights and must immediately cease and desist from using the photograph (or any other Maxim material) from any of their flyers or other advertising material."

To the club's credit, they did flip the image 180 degrees -- making it
that much harder to figure out where they stole it from.
